This mini documentary video Directed by Chip Miller from Desert Cam is the prototype for a feature-length documentary celebrating the 60-year musical legacy of The Kingston Trio. It also was a prelude to the 2016 PBS Television Live Concert Special, “The Kingston Trio Celebration” – an all-star concert filmed at the Avalon Hollywood Theater (formerly the legendary Hollywood Palace). The historic event celebrated the legacy of The Kingston Trio. Along with the 2003-2017 Kingston Trio (Bill Zorn, George Grove & Rick Dougherty), the concert featured an historic last performance by the legendary late Bob Shane, founder of the original Trio with Nick Reynolds and Dave Guard, then John Stewart, who replaced Guard.
